On-Site Visits

Diagnosis is hands-on work, so it’s billed at the same standard rate. The Villages is covered in full, Lake County side included. Visits outside those areas are at the technician’s discretion and may carry a higher first-hour rate. Payment is due at the end of the visit. We take cash and any credit or debit card. Returning clients can also pay by check, and your technician may accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo when available. If you need to reschedule, just give us at least 12 hours’ notice.
Concierge Service: Pickup and Return
When a repair is better done on the bench, you can request a pickup. We collect your computer with no diagnosis on site, repair it on the bench, and hand it back, usually within 3 business days.

2. We come to you
Your technician shows up at the scheduled time and works on the problem right there with you, explaining each step. You’re welcome to watch.
3. Everything working before we leave
Most jobs are done in that same visit, and your tech will share a few tips for staying safe online. If a part has to be ordered, you’ll get the price and a clear plan before we order it. Payment is due at the end of the visit.

It depends on the schedule, but same-day or next-day visits are often available Monday through Saturday. Sundays and holidays are emergency service calls by advance appointment only, and a different hourly rate may apply. To set one up, call us during business hours, Monday through Friday.
Is all the work done at my home or office?
Most of it, yes. We do the work in person at your home, home office, or small business, by appointment. When a repair is better done on the bench, you can request our Concierge Service. We pick up your computer, with no diagnosis on site, and hand it back after the bench repair, for a $25 fee plus flat-rate repair pricing you approve first. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately. There’s no storefront and no walk-ins.
