Online booking covers weekday visits. Saturday visits are by request, so call or send a request during weekday business hours. Please allow a one-hour arrival window. Office hours are when we answer calls and messages; visit start times run on their own schedule.
Sundays and holidays are emergency service calls, by advance appointment only, and a different hourly rate may apply. To book one, call us during business hours, Monday through Friday.

What Happens Next
1. We confirm your time
Book a weekday visit online and your time is confirmed right away. Send a request, and we’ll call or text to confirm one of your choices.
2. Your technician arrives
Your tech comes to your home or business within the arrival window, ready to work on the problem with you.
3. Everything working before we leave
Most jobs wrap up in that one visit. Before heading out, your tech makes sure everything works and shares a few safe browsing habits.
Visits are $80 for the first hour, with a one-hour minimum, then $40 per 30 minutes. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately. No trip fee anywhere in Marion, Citrus & Sumter Counties, and anywhere in The Villages. Payment is due at the end of the visit. We take cash and any credit or debit card. Returning clients can also pay by check, and your technician may accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo when available.
