What a Visit Is Like

1. We take our time

Your tech sits down with you, listens to what’s going on, and doesn’t hurry you. Ask anything you like, and you’ll get answers without the jargon.

2. We fix it and walk you through it

We repair the problem, then your tech walks you through your computer during the visit, so you know where your email, photos, and video calls live.

3. We leave it set up your way

Bigger text, simple shortcuts on the desktop, and your favorite sites easy to find. Before we go, your tech shares safe browsing habits and a few tips for staying safe online.

Booking for Mom or Dad?

If you live out of town or can’t be there, you can still take care of it. Book and pay from wherever you are, tell us who’ll be home and what’s going on, and we’ll handle the visit in person.

Your parent will see the same friendly tech each visit, someone who remembers their computer and how they like things. Visits are available in English or Spanish.

Common requests

Email and video calls, photos from the family, a new computer that feels confusing, frightening pop-ups, and a printer that went offline. Whatever it is, bring it up.

Your tech can work with you in English or Spanish, whichever is more comfortable. Se habla español.

What It Costs

Visits are $80 for the first hour, with a one-hour minimum, then $40 for each additional 30 minutes. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately. Senior-friendly visits use our standard pricing, with no rush to finish. You’re billed for the time the visit takes, and you’ll always know how it’s going.

No trip fee anywhere in Marion, Citrus & Sumter Counties, and anywhere in The Villages.

Payment is due at the end of the visit. We take cash and any credit or debit card. Returning clients can also pay by check, and your technician may accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo when available.

Yes. You can book and pay from anywhere. Tell us who’ll be home and the best number to reach them, and we’ll take care of the visit in person.
