When a computer goes down at the office, work stops. We come to small businesses with 1 to 25 employees across Marion, Citrus, and Sumter Counties and take care of workstations, networks, printers, and new computer rollouts on site.

Working With Your Office
1. One tech who knows your setup
You deal with the same technician each visit, someone who learns your office, your equipment, and how your team works.
2. Scheduled around your day
Book a time that suits the office. Visits are available Monday through Saturday, and we work around your staff as much as we can.
3. Clear billing
You’ll know the rates up front and get an invoice at the end of each visit, with any parts listed separately.

Every visit is on site and by appointment. If you need several computers set up, tell us when you book so we can plan the time.
What It Costs
Visits are $80 for the first hour, with a one-hour minimum, then $40 for each additional 30 minutes. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately. Business visits use the same pricing as home visits, and the first hour covers diagnosis, consultation, and any attempted service.
No trip fee anywhere in Marion, Citrus & Sumter Counties, and anywhere in The Villages.
Payment is due at the end of the visit. We take cash and any credit or debit card. Returning clients can also pay by check, and your technician may accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo when available.

We work with offices of 1 to 25 employees. That covers most home-based businesses, shops, and small professional offices in our area.
Can you set up several new computers at once?
Yes. We can roll out new computers, move each person’s files, and connect everything to the office network and printers. Let us know how many when you book.
Do you work on office networks and printers?
Yes. We set up office Wi-Fi and wired networks, shared printers, and file sharing between computers.
Do you offer Saturday visits for offices?
Yes, by request. Saturday visits start at 10 AM, 1 PM, or 4 PM, which can be handy when the office is quiet. Call or send a request during weekday business hours to set one up.
