A house call near Fort McCoy costs the same as one in downtown Ocala, and there’s no trip charge for either.

Diagnosis is hands-on work, so it’s billed at the same standard rate. Payment is due at the end of the visit. We take cash and any credit or debit card. Returning clients can also pay by check, and your technician may accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo when available. Need to reschedule? Please give at least 12 hours’ notice.
Concierge Service: For repairs better done on the bench, request our Concierge Service. We pick up your computer with no diagnosis on site, repair it on the bench, and return it as a simple hand-over, usually within 3 business days, for a $25 fee plus flat-rate pricing you approve first. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately.

No. There’s no trip fee anywhere in Marion County, no matter which corner of it you’re in. Visits are $80 for the first hour, with a one-hour minimum, then $40 for each additional 30 minutes. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately.
Do you offer mobile computer repair in Summerfield and Belleview?
Yes. All of Marion County is in our service area, including Ocala, Dunnellon, Belleview, Summerfield, Silver Springs Shores, and nearby communities. In Summerfield, that takes in Del Webb Spruce Creek and Stonecrest, too.
Where is Onsitech Computers based?
We’re based in Dunnellon, in western Marion County, and we come to homes and businesses across Marion, Citrus, and Sumter Counties. There’s no storefront and no walk-ins.
Can you set up a new computer and printer for my parent in Ocala?
Yes. We’ll set up the new computer, bring the files over from the old one, and connect the printer to Wi-Fi. You can arrange and pay for the visit from out of town.
Do you work on business computers in Marion County?
Yes. If your office has 1 to 25 employees, we’ll come out and take care of workstations, office networks, printer setup, and new computer rollouts.
