How a Build Works
1. We plan the parts
We talk through what you’ll use the computer for and how much you’d like to spend, then put together a parts list. You approve the list and prices before anything is ordered.
2. We build and test
Your computer gets assembled with care and tidy cables, then tested so it’s stable before setup.
3. Delivery and setup
Delivery and setup at your home or office may be included, depending on the build. We’ll confirm when we plan it together. Setup means Windows, your programs, and your files, connected to your monitor, Wi-Fi, and printer.

Why build instead of buy?
A custom build puts the money where it matters to you, like a faster processor, more storage, or a quieter case, and skips the trial software that comes on many store-bought computers.
Moving from an old desktop
When setup is part of your build, your files can come over from the old computer too. If the old drive is failing, what can be recovered depends on the condition of the drive.
What It Costs
Build labor is included in the system price, and you approve the full parts list before anything is ordered. Delivery and setup may be included, depending on the build. Where it applies, up to 30 minutes of setup is included, with the standard hourly rate after that. Parts aren’t included in our setup rates, and anything beyond the approved build is quoted separately.
No trip fee anywhere in Marion, Citrus & Sumter Counties, and anywhere in The Villages.
Payment is due at the end of the visit. We take cash and any credit or debit card. Returning clients can also pay by check, and your technician may accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo when available.
Common Questions
Do you build gaming PCs?
Yes. We plan gaming builds around the games you play and the monitor you have, then build and test them.
Can I choose my own parts?
Of course. Bring your ideas, and we’ll check that everything works together before anything is ordered.
Can you move my files from my old computer?
Yes. We can move your files, photos, and email from the old computer to the new one, as part of setup or as a separate visit.
Is delivery and setup included?
It may be, depending on the build, and we’ll confirm when we plan it together. Where it’s included, up to 30 minutes of setup is part of the price, and the standard hourly rate applies after that.
