House Call Pricing in The Villages
The Villages gets the same clear rates as everywhere else we work. No trip fee anywhere in Marion, Citrus & Sumter Counties, and anywhere in The Villages.
- $80 for the first hour (one-hour minimum)
- $40 for each additional 30 minutes

Diagnosis is hands-on work, so it’s billed at the same standard rate. Payment is due at the end of the visit. We take cash and any credit or debit card. Returning clients can also pay by check, and your technician may accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo when available. Need to reschedule? Please give at least 12 hours’ notice.
Concierge Service: Prefer we take it with us? Ask for our Concierge Service. The pickup is just that, a pickup with no diagnosis on site, and the return is a hand-over of your computer, usually within 3 business days. It costs a $25 fee plus flat-rate repair pricing you approve before work begins. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately.

Yes. Book and pay from anywhere, tell us who’ll be home, and our technician will handle everything in person at their home.
How far ahead should I book a Villages visit?
We often have same-day or next-day openings Monday through Saturday. Booking a day or two ahead gives you the widest choice of times.
Do you fix phones or tablets?
No. Our work is computers (desktops, laptops, all-in-ones, and mini PCs), along with Wi-Fi, printer setup, and streaming devices. Phones, tablets, game consoles, and printer hardware repair aren’t offered.
