Concierge Service: For bench repairs, request our Concierge Service. We pick up your computer without diagnosing it on site, repair it on the bench, and hand it back, usually within 3 business days. The fee is $25 plus flat-rate pricing you approve first. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately.
