This page explains what information we collect through this website and during service visits, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’re a small, local Florida business, so we’ve kept it short and in plain English.

Who we are
Onsitech Computers LLC is a Florida computer repair business serving Marion, Citrus, and Sumter Counties. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Onsitech Computers LLC. You can reach us at contact@onsitechcomputers.com or 352.299.3555.
Information you give us
When you use the contact or booking form on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, town, and message. When you call, text, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to send.
Online booking and card payments are handled through Square. If you pay with Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, that service handles your payment details. These companies collect the details they need and follow their own privacy policies.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Answer your questions and schedule your visit
- Confirm appointments and let you know if we’re running late
- Send invoices and keep basic records of the work done and payments received
That’s it. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t rent or trade it to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the business, such as our website host, booking and payment providers, and email provider, and only as much as they need to do their part. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This website runs on WordPress and the Elementor page builder. They, along with our site’s caching system (which helps pages load faster), may set small files called cookies that the site needs to work properly. These cookies aren’t used to sell you anything or to track you across other websites.
Analytics (possibly later)
We may add Google Analytics and Google Search Console in the future to understand how people find and use the site. Search Console reports on how the site appears in Google search and doesn’t place cookies on your device. Google Analytics does use cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, your device type, and your general location (city level, not your address). If we add it, we’ll update this page. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Your files during a service visit
To do the job, your technician may need to open programs, settings, or files on your computer. We look at files only as needed for the work you asked for, and we don’t copy or keep your data beyond what the job requires. On data transfer and recovery jobs, moving your files is the job itself, and they go to the computer or drive you choose. The same applies when a computer comes back to the bench through our Concierge Service.
If you share a password so we can do the work, we use it only for that job. If you’d feel better changing it afterward, please do.
How long we keep information
We keep contact details and service records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and legal requirements.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. Still, no website, email, or phone system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information, like full card numbers, through the contact form or email.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except for records we’re required to keep. Just email contact@onsitechcomputers.com.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date below.
