Sumter County visits follow the same clear rates everywhere, in the Village of Fenney and out in Webster and Center Hill alike.
- $80 for the first hour (one-hour minimum)
- $40 for each additional 30 minutes
- Parts aren't included and are quoted separately
- No trip fee anywhere in Marion, Citrus & Sumter Counties, and anywhere in The Villages.
Diagnosis is hands-on work, so it’s billed at the same standard rate. Payment is due at the end of the visit. We take cash and any credit or debit card. Returning clients can also pay by check, and your technician may accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo when available. Need to reschedule? Please give at least 12 hours’ notice.
Concierge Service: Need a bench repair? Request our Concierge Service, and we’ll collect your computer without any on-site diagnosis, then hand it back when the work is done, usually within 3 business days. The fee is $25 plus flat-rate pricing you approve before work begins. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately.
