We’re a local computer repair business that comes to you. Dunnellon is our home town, and since January 2024 we’ve been making appointment-based visits to homes and small businesses across Marion, Citrus, and Sumter Counties.
Local Roots, 23 Years in the Making
Onsitech Computers LLC opened for business in January 2024, but the hands-on work started long before that. Our technician has been fixing computers since 2003. That adds up to 23 years of experience, including years at the bench in local repair shops.
Those shop years made one thing clear. People wanted more than a quick fix. They wanted clear answers, honest recommendations, and someone who would come to them instead of asking them to unplug everything and drive it across town. So we built a business around personal, neighborly computer repair that treats people like individuals, not ticket numbers.
Most of our clients live within about an hour’s drive of Dunnellon, and a few are a little farther out. Word of mouth has been our biggest source of growth, and that’s the kind we’re proudest of.

You get the same technician every visit, someone who gets to know your setup and remembers what was done last time. No call centers and no ticket numbers.
Patient, Respectful Service for Seniors and Families
Many of our clients are 55 and older, including plenty of neighbors in The Villages and On Top of the World. Your tech slows down, skips the jargon, and never makes anyone feel rushed or embarrassed for asking. Before leaving, your tech goes over safe browsing habits and a few tips for staying safe online, and checks that everything works the way you expect.
Adult children often book for a parent, and that works well. Set up and pay for the visit from wherever you live, tell us who’ll be home, and we’ll handle the rest in person.

What We Don't Work On
Our focus is Windows computers, home and small-business networks, smart home and streaming devices, and Starlink equipment. We don’t repair phones, tablets, or game consoles, and we don’t offer printer hardware repair. Printer offline? Not responding? New printer setup? We can take care of this for you.
