Clear Pricing for Ocala House Calls
There’s no storefront to pay for, and coming to you doesn’t cost extra. Ocala visits are billed at the same simple rates as every town we serve.
- $80 for the first hour (one-hour minimum)
- $40 for each additional 30 minutes
- Parts aren't included and are quoted separately

Diagnosis is hands-on work, so it’s billed at the same standard rate. Payment is due at the end of the visit. We take cash and any credit or debit card. Returning clients can also pay by check, and your technician may accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo when available. Need to reschedule? Please give at least 12 hours’ notice.
Concierge Service: If a repair is better done on the bench, you can request our Concierge Service. The pickup visit is a hand-over only, with no diagnosis on site, and we return the computer when it’s done, usually within 3 business days. You’ll pay a $25 fee plus flat-rate pricing you approve before work begins, and parts aren’t included and are quoted separately.

Do you have a shop in Ocala where I can drop off my computer?
No, we don’t have a shop. We’re a mobile service with no storefront and no walk-ins, so we come to your Ocala home or office by appointment instead. If a repair is better done on the bench, you can request our Concierge Service, and we’ll pick the computer up and hand it back once it’s repaired.
Do you come to On Top of the World, Oak Run, and other SR 200 communities?
Yes. We serve all of Marion County, including Ocala, Dunnellon, Belleview, Summerfield, Silver Springs Shores, and nearby areas. The whole SR 200 corridor is covered with no trip fee, On Top of the World, Candler Hills, Del Webb Stone Creek, Oak Run, and Pine Run included.
Is there a trip fee for Ocala?
No. There’s no trip fee anywhere in Marion, Citrus, or Sumter County. Visits are $80 for the first hour, with a one-hour minimum, then $40 for each additional 30 minutes. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately.
Can you move everything from my old computer to my new one?
Yes. We’ll set up your new computer and bring over your photos, documents, and email from the old one. If the old computer won’t start, we may still be able to recover files, depending on the drive’s condition.
Can I book a Saturday visit in Ocala?
Yes. We’re out on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and same-day or next-day visits are often available Monday through Saturday. Sundays and holidays are emergency service calls by advance appointment only, at an hourly rate that may differ. You can arrange one by calling during business hours, Monday through Friday.
