Concierge Service: Computer Pickup and Return
Some repairs go better on the bench. Concierge Service is something you request. Your technician comes by only to pick up the computer, with no diagnosis on site, and we bring it back when the bench work is done, usually within 3 business days.
Same-day or next-day visits are often available, Monday through Saturday. Se habla español.

Your tech may mention it when it’s the better deal, but it starts only when you ask.
- Repairs that need more time than a single visit allows
- Jobs where flat-rate bench pricing costs less than more hours on site
- Parts testing or deeper diagnostics
How Concierge Service Works
1. Pickup only
Once you request Concierge, your technician comes by just to collect the computer. Nothing is diagnosed on site. Back up your files beforehand, please.
2. Diagnosis and approval
On the bench, we diagnose the problem and give you a flat-rate price. Nothing gets repaired until you approve it.
3. Return, as a hand-over
We hand the computer back when it’s done, typically within 3 business days. Complex diagnostics or severe repairs may take longer.
Concierge Terms in Brief
Fees and pricing
The Concierge fee is $25, separate from diagnostics, parts, and repairs. Bench repairs are flat-rate, based on the job’s type, scope, and complexity, and you approve the price first. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately. A deposit may be required before parts are ordered.
Starting Concierge during a visit
If you ask for Concierge partway through a service call, or we move the job to the bench because it would take too long on site and our flat-rate pricing costs you less, the service call time up to that point is still due. We always get your OK before the device leaves.
Return is a hand-over only
Drop-off and return are a hand-over of the computer only, not delivery and setup. If you’d like it set up on your desk, or anything reinstalled afterward (a printer after a clean install, for example), that’s billed as a continued service call at $40 for each 30 minutes, in 30-minute increments from the start.
If you decide not to repair
If you decide not to go ahead, the $40 diagnostic fee and $25 Concierge fee still apply. The diagnostic fee can go toward any approved repair or service, data recovery included, within 14 business days of getting the device back.
Backups
Backing up your data before pickup is your responsibility, and we aren’t responsible for data loss. Automatic backup setup is available as a one-time service. The full Concierge terms are in our Terms of Service.
What It Costs
The $25 Concierge fee covers pickup and return. Bench repairs are flat-rate and approved by you first, and the $40 diagnostic fee applies if you decide not to repair. Parts aren’t included and are quoted separately.
No trip fee anywhere in Marion, Citrus & Sumter Counties, and anywhere in The Villages.
Payment is due at the end of the visit. We take cash and any credit or debit card. Returning clients can also pay by check, and your technician may accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo when available.

How much does Concierge Service cost?

How long will I be without my computer?
Usually no more than 3 business days. Complex jobs can run longer, and we’ll keep you posted.
Do I need to back up my files first?
Yes, please. Not sure how? Ask about a one-time automatic backup setup before pickup.
Can my on-site visit turn into Concierge Service?
Yes, if you ask for it, or if the repair would take too long on site and bench pricing costs you less. The service call time up to that point is still due, and we get your OK before the computer leaves.
